Kari Samantha Wuhrer (born on April 28th, 1967) is an American actress and singer. The career of Wuhrer began when she was a teenager. Her most well-known roles include Maggie Beckett, an actress in the film Sliders; and her character Sheriff Samantha Parker from the horror comedy Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer is the daughter Karin Noble (nee Noble) and is Payroll accountant as well as German American Andrew Wuhrer (a officer and dealer in cars). Her family has given her three brothers. In her teens was a nightclub singer, sneaking out of the house to sing. Kari Wuhrer is an American model, performer and actor. She started her acting career at Wooster school when she was 13 years old. Born on April 28, 1967 on the 28th of April in Brookfield Connecticut. Her father is a German American policeman, as well as an auto salesman. Kari was born in a family with four children. Kari sang in nightclubs when she was just a teenager. Her habit was to sneak away at night to sing and entertain her friends. In the year she turned 13 young, Kari studied acting at the Wooster School, then began her studies in drama at Tisch School of the Arts in New York University, Columbia University, Marymount Manhattan College and at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and renowned instructor Uta Hagen. Kari began acting when she was a teenager, and her first television break was in 1987 MTV's Remote Control.
