Dolly-Parton
Dolly Parton, born Jan. 19th, 1946 in Locust Ridge Tenn. to 12 children from a poor family kids who would grow in the same household, figured out very early how to get out of the difficulties she faced with her incredibly imaginative imagination. Before learning how to read and write, Dolly Parton was creating her own songs. In 8 years, she got her first guitar. In the age of 11 when she was 11, she began singing at Knoxville Tenn's local radio station. Gold Band Records is a tiny, independent label. Although she was studying, she already made a name of herself within the local arena. However, her goal was to be able to play on a bigger level. On the 14th of March, 1964, that followed her graduation from high school, she relocated to Nashville. Dumb Blonde (1967) and Something Fishy (1968) were her first two charting albums on Monument Records. Porter Wagoner's syndicated tv show required an additional singer around the time. Parton accepted the job and in the year 1967, she signed with RCA Records in 1968 and was a part of with the Grand Ole Opry in 1969. Then, in 1974, she left Wagoner's Show because the success of her own songs such as Joshua Coats from Many Colors or Jolene was outstripping their joint releases. Parton's hit song, I'll Never Be Loved by You (for Wagoner), hit the top of the. number 1 position after the duo split. The first time it made it to No. 1 was 1974.
